From our own experience, we know what hurdles there are in the purchase and use of vacation properties. Most vacation properties are used by the owners themselves for only 8 to 10 weeks per year. Nevertheless, owners have to bear the entire purchase price as well as the running costs alone until now.
We are changing this! With our innovative principle of MYNE co-ownership, 2 to 8 owners with complementary usage needs jointly own their dream vacation property and share the costs.
Our houses and apartments are characterized by their special location, stylish furnishings and high-quality equipment. Each property is designed for year-round use and is equally suitable as a vacation home, a second home and a home office for families, couples and singles.
We take care of everything: from the professional valuation of properties to renovation and furnishing to value-oriented management and coordination of all service providers. MYNE co-owners can simply arrive and enjoy their home away from home.

More about
Sylt
Sylt is a windswept North Sea island off Germany's Schleswig-Holstein coast, known for its pristine beaches, dramatic coastal landscapes, and understated elegance. Long stretches of sand backed by dunes and sea grass create a serene, almost Scandinavian atmosphere, while the island's villages—particularly the refined town of Kampen—reflect generations of cultivated taste. The light here is extraordinary: soft and diffuse in winter, golden and expansive in summer, casting the island in ever-changing moods.
Life on Sylt revolves around the sea and the rhythms of the seasons. Summers draw visitors for swimming, windsurfing, and long coastal walks; winters transform the island into a peaceful refuge where storms roll across empty beaches and quiet contemplation prevails. The island's dining scene is exceptional, with Michelin-starred restaurants alongside casual seafood spots, while the social calendar includes sailing regattas and cultural events. Fractional ownership here offers access to both vibrant summer months and tranquil winter seasons, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking coastal sophistication without ostentation.
