Old renovated mill

Located on the Marle estuary, this mill is one of the jewels of the town of Séné. Over the years, it has been the subject of remarkable renovations, the most recent (2018) increasing its habitable surface area to 97 square meters of comfortable living space.

You will be won over by its unique location which will offer you a breathtaking and soothing view to the rhythm of the tides. You will be a few minutes walk from the town center of Séné or 10 minutes by bike from Vannes. The place is ideal for practicing many water activities such as sailing or kitesurfing during your vacation.

The gate opens onto a charming interior courtyard decorated with bamboo, offering direct access to the roof terrace via a suspended staircase.

The main living space offers exceptional views of the waters. It consists of an open fitted kitchen and a tailor-made living room with high-end audiovisual equipment as well as a pellet stove for a warm atmosphere. A glass door opens onto the shore and allows direct access to the waters of the Gulf via a ladder, ideal for going on a paddle board trip. To access the master suite with its bathroom and dressing room, you will go through the office area. All fittings are tailor-made.

Upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms, each with a mezzanine, which share a shower room. One of the bedrooms also has access to the roof terrace, where you will enjoy moments of relaxation in the jacuzzi offering a panoramic view of the rich fauna and flora of the Gulf of Morbihan.
