Your time in your home
The booking system operates on a 24-month rolling calendar, offering availability from 2 days to 24 months into the future. The system does not adhere to the standard calendar year; instead, it uses a continuous 2-year framework.
As a 1/6 share owner, you have access to 1/6 of the total available time. Booked stays can be easily modified if your plans change in seconds with the OWNERS Application.

Mark your Stay
An advance stay is defined as a booking between 2 to 7 continuous days. However, it must be made 31 days to 24 months in advance. Each of the 6 owners can book 8 advance stays at the time.
A short notice stay is defined as a booking between 2 to 7 days made 30 days prior. You have unlimited short notice stays regardless of the ownership percentage.

Vacation home for Special Dates
You’re guaranteed the option to book one “special date” at a time per share. Each property designates 6 special dates throughout the year, which include major national holidays like Easter and Christmas, as well as local events such as the Patras Carnival, tailored for each home. These special dates can be adjusted at any time.

Your stay is APPgraded. Effortlessly organize your vacation home accommodations in seconds with the OWNERS Application, which is designed to make scheduling seamless and fair for every owner. As an OWNER, you can relax knowing you’ll enjoy your home during the times that matter most.
This app gives you full control of your property as you can make reservations at any time, real time messaging with home manager, order groceries, request a chef for special dinner or a babysitter for your kids. You also have full financial control for the income from the rental days.
